Overview
Our camel safari with cultural program has been designed to offer a glimpse of the desert life by giving you an opportunity to witness an enchanting sunset on the dunes and then taking you to a desert camp for a local dance & music programme.
This safari offers you the freedom to have a short camel ride into the desert, witness a Rajasthani Cultural programme, have dinner and then head back to Jaisalmer.
On the way to the dunes, you will visit Khaba and a natural oasis which has been serving thousands of local birds, animals and villagers for decades.
Itinerary
Day 1
- Departure at 3 PM from Jaisalmer by Jeep to the Serene Oasis and the Khaba Fort.
- Arrival at the camp where you’ll be welcomed by our friendly guides and healthy camels.
- Mount on a camel and enjoy the ride of about 30 minutes.
- Experience an extreme Jeep safari in the dunes. (Optional at an additonal cost)
- Enjoy the stunning sunset at the dunes.
- Return to the camp and enjoy welcome drinks, tea/coffee, and snacks.
- Experience a Rajasthani Cultural Programme (including traditional folk dance & music).
- Enjoy a delicious vegetarian buffet dinner.
- Ride back to Jaisalmer in a jeep and arrive at around 10 PM.
