Itinerary

Day 1

  • This shopping tour will start from the Trotters Office near the Fort Gate at around 9 am, where you will be served a cup of delicious tea on arrival.
  • After the tea, you will proceed by walk to the Jaisalmer Fort to see the Maharaja Palace, Lakshminath Temple, Chandraprabhu Jain Temple, Surya Temple and the Cannon Point.
  • Then, you will head towards the Patwon ki Haveli to see the intrique carvings on this historical monument.
  • You will then walk towards some of Jaisalmer’s oldest markets like the Pansari Bazaar (also known as the Villager’s Market), Bhatia Bazaar, Sadar Bazaar, and Sunaron ka Baas. Here you will discover a treasure trove of exquisite jewellery, camel leather items, traditional silver ornaments, intricately crafted stone goods, mesmerizing paintings, and beautifully carved wooden items.
  • After the shopping, you will head towards one of the popular restaurant / food joint to have your lunch (at your own expense).
  • After lunch, you will conclude the tour by coming back to the Trotters Office. Here you will be served a fresh coconut water to replenish your energy.

  • Sadar Bazaar
    Sadar Bazaar is a vibrant marketplace in Jaisalmer that captivates visitors with its lively atmosphere and an array of traditional Rajasthani merchandise. As you wander through its bustling lanes, you'll be greeted by colorful textiles, intricately designed handicrafts, dazzling jewelry, and vibrant Rajasthani artwork.
  • Sunaron ka Baas
    Sunaron ka Baas, also known as the Goldsmith Colony, is a fascinating enclave in Jaisalmer where skilled artisans practice the age-old craft of gold and silver work. The colony is renowned for its exquisite jewelry, intricate ornaments, and traditional Rajasthani designs.
