Our Half-Day Sunset Camel Safari has been designed specifically to offer a unique first-hand experience of witnessing an enchanting sunset amidst the dunes of the Thar desert.
This safari is ideal for those who are running short on time but want to taste a slice of the captivating desert life and come back with pleasant, unforgettable memories.
Before heading towards the dunes, you’ll visit the Khaba Fort for an archaeological visit and then to a natural oasis which is the only water source for various birds, animals and local villagers.
Itinerary
Day 1
- The camel safari starts at around 1:30 in the afternoon.
- On your way to the dunes, you’ll be visiting Khaba and a natural oasis.
- Soon, you will be meet our friendly guides & healthy camels.
- You will be allotted one camel per person for a 90 minute ride into the dunes.
- You will witness a beautiful sunset on the dunes.
- After sunset, you will be served freshly cooked vegetarian dinner.
- Post dinner, you will depart for Jaisalmer and reach back by 9:30 pm.
